I took my car in for service on 9/2/17, (Arlington) and Bill worked on it, he was very knowledgeable and very nice, then the manager, Neil Gregory came over and went over things with me about my car, he was very helpful, and explained everything so that I actually understood what he was talking about. He told me some things that my car needed but he was not pushy and I really felt he was being very honest. He was professional, yet very approachable. Although very friendly and quick they do not pay attention to the client or to the vehicle they are working on. I went to this facility on two separate occasions and after each visit oil was leaking from my oil filter. First visit I did not notice I had a problem until smoke came up from under my hood a couple of months later. Inspecting the smoke I noticed that oil had leaked all over my chasse, oil pan and manifold causing the smoke. It was resolved with a quick turn of the filter. The family pet decided to poop all in the car during a family road trip which caused our youngest son, already prone to motion sickness to vomit at the smell of animal feces. Trust me the smell was horrid. Either way i'm disappointed because the guys here refused to clean both of the puppy diarrhea and child vomit out of the carpet and seats. I have been to several locations and this one is the best out of them all. Extremely experienced staff, clean grounds, service with a smile. The only thing that saddens me is finding out these guys make minimum wage. TIP PEOPLE. Until the government makes businesses like this pay their employees more we have to take up the slack.
Wow, after reading this review I think i'll stay away from this place. Drug activity? Are the police involved? Do the owners know about this? I'm telling all of my friends and relatives to stay away. I have never had thoughts about my safety being compromised at a local business but this makes me wonder...
Unbelievably bad! They couldn't ' be bothered to rinse car off good before running it rough the wash. It came out cleaner but still smeared with road grime and salt.. Going to this car wash was a total waste of my money. After the very poor wash I called to complain when I got home talked to the manager Norm who really offered nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, customer satisfaction is of no value to them and I bet they get plenty of complaints.
very bad management – Management skills from manager ("Cash") are evident he does not know how to run a business. He treats his employees like slaves with no respect. I have heard he makes his employees pay around $10 to get their checks early. The manager also comes in to work very moody and will go into his office to sleep when something goes the way he doesn't like, its too hot, or its too cold. This Car Wash Will Only Wash CLEAN Cars! – This car wash turned me down because my car was dirty. They wanted me to go to another car wash, have the exterior done and then come back and use one of my tickets for their "Works" wash which is exterior and interior! Their service is overpriced, anyway, for their quality but I've used them because they were convenient -- no more!
