Was in there tonight and the large African-American man at the gate told me to just shut up and go in very rude. As of tonight I will be calling corporate on Monday morning and will be canceling my Subscription to there car wash. Very unprofessional. I will wash my car my self. Never again. If you ask me not worth the money to put up with rubbish like that.
Just leaving comments about my experience so you can improve… opened late , I had to leave and return later. Vacuums very weak (tried several). There wasn’t a container present to put used towels in, I placed on ground next to cabinet.
Very easy to use & cleaned it well or they send us back through. Thanks.
