Staff members threaten to call police after I asked for some space in between cars come to find out they actually did call I have been a loyal customer I really hope management can do something about this you can't treat customers light garbage for no reason do you have a bad day please don't take it out on customers at your work
I am trying cancel my subscription. I can't get ahold of anyone by phone. I have stopped at the location they tell me they can't cancel the service I have to call or go on website. Website is useless. There were a couple people trying to cancel when I went in. Don't do it

Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star in order to write a review. Should be negative 10 stars. This car wash is not open many times according to the hours posted. Myself and husband purchased a 6 month policy each for unlimited washes. We live 15 miles away so we definitely check the hours before we drive there and it’s closed. I haven’t wrote down the dates so if I would guess it has been at least 10 other times or more. Today March 1 it was 4:36 and it was closed. Today the web site states open until 8.
