The lady that owns/ runs this place is rude to customers and staff. When I said I would take my business elsewhere where, she lunged forward and yelled I don’t care
Edit 06/13/26 : I decided to stop out 06/12/26 after the “rebranding” and was ultimately greeted by Brooke at about noon, whom was standing in the sun with absolutely no shade protection which is absolutely absurd on tsunamis part considering the heat index. Asked her about the “unlimited” which is a scam considering you advertise unlimited but subject to only one wash per day HIDDEN in your terms and conditions upon further investigation. I would still be a customer if not for poor customer service (Brook) and subpar performance from wash. I have a Sudan and it doesn't clean half of my vehicle.
Tokk my car through a few times, it never gets the back end clean.
I signed up for the monthly plan on February 9th. The car wash was very busy that day, and I tried to sign up on my own at the screen. The screen was malfunctioning, and taking forever, so the single employee that was there came over to help get me registered.
