Poor customer service. Had a membership for 2 years; initially signed up under USA Carwash. When they transitioned to Tsunami we continued using the service. Then in July when we stopped in for a wash we were told our membership was no longer valid and the account needed to be migrated online. We didn’t use the car was in since then. I’m reviewing my credit card statement I noticed membership charges in July and August for $19.99 and $20.34. I was very disappointed in the wash my car received. My previous visit I noticed the back of my car wasn't completely clean. Ilet it go thinking it was a fluke. I thought I would give them another chance about a month later. I had a lot of dirt on the back. When I checked it, the back was barely even touched. I spoke with an employee who said, 'We've had problems with the rear brushes. I guess I can let you go back through'. The 2nd time around was slightly better, but nowhere near clean. The wash never cleans my back window. They also have a right side cleaning brush not working, now missing.
