I was at the Alexis Road location on the 15th or 16th of this month. I washed my truck and I was beginning to detail it. I had to use the restroom and employee told me that we have no public restrooms that I had to go to a restaurant or the gas station across the street to use the restroom. I was immediately ticked off because I had to go to the restroom right then. I went inside and I was told that there were no public restrooms and I had to go somewhere else. Worst car wash around, never pre spray the vehicles
This is what a $27 car wash will get you here. Updated to add I came back after noticing the streaks all over the back of my car and they reluctantly allowed me to go back through the car wash. I see the “owner” replied to my review, however, the manager told me I likely wouldn’t be able to reach anyone through that contact. 10/10 do not recommend wasting your money here.
