I only left one star because I had to write a review. This place is horrid. I was with my daughter getting her truck cleaned when the machine ripped off my daughter's running board on the driver's side. It was so loud it shook the truck. We were stuck and couldn't move. When we complained, the company stated it wasn't their responsibility to fix it, that they had no problems with the machine, so it wasn't their fault. mployees are rude. Nothing ever works correctly. I leave with half washed car. Im assuming the manager chewed me out for going back though. Went across the street to clean express and wash and they re washed me for free!
Overall I'm really disappointed. The car is dirty. I purchased the $42 a month plan because they advertise being able to clean off the road and winter dirt on our cars. I went through once and noticed it didn't clean the dirt on the front or back of my car. I went through a second time and asked them to pay particular attention to the front and back.
