Here I am again, waiting in line at the car wash as a member as nothing’s moving for the last 10 minutes so I thought what better use of my time then to give this chaos a one star review. Not sure what is the point of being a member if there’s no express lane available anymore so go across the street where they seem to have a working system in place is the plan for me and my three cars
Highly recommend they have great prices and offer towels and cleaner which is a top tier! Young gentleman signed me up and it was quick and easy and he was very nice!
No towels are ever available and only the member lane is open so everyone has to wait even if you have a membership already.
Please open the other lane, it’s been closed for weeks. What’s the point in the “members only fast lane” when everyone is required to go in the lane and be sold a membership that has no perks.
Why have a membership express lane and not have the other lane open? Six cars deep when the girl came out to help. Thought the perk of membership was to have the express lane open for members, not to wait inline while they sell memberships to others.
