Appalling customer service. Literally the worst service I have experienced in my adult life.
Poor customer service. Claimed to have no complaints or problems in 22 years, therefore my complaint did not deserve the respect of a reply. The wash was 3.5 stars, customer service was 1 star. I wasn't even offered a refund of my $14 considering my car was damaged.
I think this business is one of the worst I have ever been too. They over price and trated my car like crap. The owner was rude and trated her employees awful, was actually uncomforable there. I can't believe they stay open!
