We just had an unfortunate experience waiting in line over a half hour to have my car washed just to be told that the credit card machines were down. While I appreciate that an employee informed us of this before we waited any longer, the employee should’ve proceeded to all of the cars behind us to inform them of this, rather than standing in one spot and waiting for cars to pass to notify them.....or even stood at the entrance so that we could’ve turned around to leave instead of waiting even longer.
Watch out with a black car. I have had to compound scratches out of my paint once or twice a month and I was a monthly member. When I canceled my membership, I told them what happened and I asked if this is normal and I was told "yeah, it's pretty normal". There wasn't even a hint of a concern nor any desire to even look at the issue. I kept my other membership on my wife's car because it's tan and scratches aren't as visible. It's super convenient and cost effective, but I'm tired of compounding my paint.
Love this place when you get ur wash you c I uks get a coupon for next visit for $7.00 but you have to hurry cause coupon good for 3 days from the day you get it abs it good cause I have two cars in the household and free unlimited vacuum
