This morning I had the same problem. Went there with my coupon and the guy told me they didn't take coupons anymore. Then he tells me the oil change was $31.99 plus $10 for a mandatory air filter. I said no way I'm going to pay mandatory fees. The hell with that. Don't let them take you for a ride.
I have been going to Kovac for my oil changes. They take other coupons. So oil changes costs me no more than 20.00. Kovac was closed today. So I went to have my car washed, so do the oil change for 31.99. I walked out with a bill of 45.00. They told me a needed a special filter. Really!! I will never ever ever. Go back to you rip offs. In fact I get more respect from American Express!!!!! Btw. Filter was 10.00. I gave a one to leave this review. You Suck!,,
