Been there twice before and was considering the Unlimited Wash subscription this time. I love the vacuums. The people at the entrance are always helpful and friendly. Today, I bought the $21 wash. I had to pretty much rewash my car by hand out by the vacuums and then again at the gas station. Even the hood of my car was still dirty and had brush marks/smeared dirt across it. I've been on the annual plan since they opened. I tried to get a wash on 11/14, I was unable to proceed because they said my card was expired. Uh - no - I have a charge on my credit card statement from 11/10 and my card doesn't expire until 11/30. My husband has left 5 messages at the Castle Rock location and 3 messages with corporate and has heard nothing. They take no responsibility if their brush rips your fly rod and vault off your truck causing damage to hood, fender, roof and cracked window. They didn’t even care to take a look at the damages. I had been through this car wash a dozen times with no issue but this time the brush hooked under rod vault (malfunction admitted by attendant) and yet they still take no responsibility!!!
They run your car through as fast as they can with hardly enough room between the cars for the brushes. If you don’t have time to drive your car off, the recycled water is so dirty it looks dirtier than before you went through. When the new car wash opens near the Meadows this place will have to Up it’s game or they are going to lose a lot of customers.
This place is a joke.. They only care about “productivity”.... in other words, how many cars they can get thru the wash in a single day for high monthly totals. They have one of the fastest runs thru the wash compared to that of their other locations. The management here doesn’t seem interested to hear customers concerns. Especially the tall blonde chick that calls herself a manager. She acts like she’s doing you a big favor to listen to your concerns.
