By far, the worst $27 I spent for the monthly plan. I shouldn’t have to spend that much time afterwards cleaning my car after it just got out of the car wash. You got five guys sitting around doing nothing. How about you do what they used to do a few years ago and have two people brushing your car down before it even goes into the car wash.
Terrible service, Derrick is rude to customer and offers no help. Long time customer and I canceled tonight because of how rude he was. Was barely get car clean anyway and doesn’t clean the rear hardly at all. Waste of money. Go to Cobblestone
UPDATE! I CALLED THE NUMBER BELOW and got a call center, couldn't talk to anyone who could actually help me. All they did was "elevate" my complaint and I got an email from corporate once again stating the damage is not their fault, even though the site manager admitted it was their fault. They completely insulate themselves from any responsibility of. Do not use any take5 ever!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
