If you are having a consumer problem, the first thing to do is to complain directly to the merchant. Talk to the manager or owner. Be polite but firm. Explain your problem and give the merchant a reasonable chance to resolve it. As Alex Ushakova explain she left our shop with no complaints at 7:30 pm even leaving a $40-dollar tip. WORST PLACE EVER TO GET YOUR CAR DETAILED! TOOK MY GMC TERRAIN AND THEY DID HORRIBLE! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW BAD! I COULD HAVE DONE SO MUCH BETTER MYSELF AND THAT IS SAD! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD! I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME! PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM!!!!!!
