Since this Shell is near my home, I had high hopes when I saw that they were renovating the car wash. Before, the car wash was frequently out of soap and/or rinse agents. Unfortunately, the same is still true with the new wash - you pay for extras with the ultimate wash, but you just get water. I have complained several times, but they still don't fix it. They just give you another wash code for another water bath. Whoever is responsible for maintaining this Shell is doing a horrible job.
This car wash was fast to get into but still left my car dirty. The back didn’t get cleaned at all. I would recommend a different car wash because car washes behind a Shell don’t give you your money’s worth. Maybe try Soapy Joe’s?
