Took my burban in and it was trashed. I will need it to get the swirls marks out now. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I took it in for a hand wash to help avoid this type of issues. When I went to pick it up I had to show them several spots they completely missed. They lost a good customer I can handle missing a spot and here and there but damaging my clear because of not using the correct towels and car wash prep is jacked up.
This people don’t know how to wash cars they’d charge over 70 dollars for this hell no never again I will come back to this place sucks
Didn’t and wouldn’t clean tires after I asked several times and got mad because I was complaining about my 40$ service and told me not to come back very bad customer service… want be going back never
