Got in a pretty bad accident and thought my truck was done for after only having it for less than 2 years. I was referred to Sam through a mutual friend that said his quality of work is amazing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! If I could rate 0 stars I would !! He pretends to be genuine but really isn’t !! Money hungry at its finest !! He overcharged me for something so simple that a dealership would’ve charged me less for !! SAVE YOUR TIME & HARD WORKING MONEY !!
Mr. Sam is simply amazing. The entire process was smooth and he is extremely accommodating! He made this process from experiencing a repair via a wreck smooth. I was taken aback when I brought my car to him, that he offered to uber to get my rental and upon completion, he met at the rental car shop to bring me my vehicle. Literally the best in Houston hands down !! He first is very honest ( which is hard to find in mechanics now & days ) he doesn’t give you the run around , he’s affordable , super genuine & his communication is very efficient !! 10/10 would definitely recommend .
