I took my 99 Lexus in for a new stereo, end up buying one from them, but when I got my car back my ac wouldn’t blow. It turns on but won’t blow. So the service guy says “how do I know it wasn’t working when you brought it?” I’m spending over $500 for installation he thought I don’t want to pay but money is no problem, they cut a wire to the blower and wouldn’t fix it. But the radio works 🤦♀️

Went to get a cup connector, was going to buy an extra battery. The guy behind the counter was very dry and unfriendly. I decided to go someone where else for my battery.
