Update to previous review... After speaking with Chip, I took my vehicle back and worked with Alex and Shawn. They were very friendly and easy to work with. All in all- they made it right. Very impressed with how I was treated the second time around. I will now recommend this store and can say I will be back again.
Dropped my truck off at the location in Northglenn, CO on 4/28/19 around 1:00pm. Keys were given to Brendan. Spoke to Brendan and then again to Nick via phone. I was told by both employees that my vehicle would be done that same day. Received another phone call around 6:30pm (store closes at 7:00pm) stating they had no idea my vehicle was even there. My first time working with Car Toys and i Can say it was a great, fast & friendly experience. I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Dominic for being so helpful in my stereo replacement experience. Definitely recommend him & will be going back with him for my car’s detailing.
Terrible experience! I had gotten a remote start for my truck for Christmas! Of course being happy to get it in as soon as possible I called the Northglenn Location wanting to get it installed ASAP. I spoke to them at 8 am on 12/26/18. They said If I can leave my truck them for the day that they can get it installed today. I took my truck in and got it to the shop at about 840 AM and the installer said that he will have my remote start installed by about 5 is his thought due to a few vehicles ahead of mine. I purchased a new radio, Bluetooth and back up camera for my car. My new radio didn'twork when I picked up my car and it took 2 hours and a new radio before it finally worked. I did recieve satisfaction for all the time I waited by the manager Chip and I found that Car Toys does stand behind their work. It ended up being a good experience, that is why I choose Car Toys.
Brought my truck in using a Groupon and decided to upgrade AND get a new stereo/speaker system for my daughters 20 yr old truck. The service we received from Ryan in getting the right system and the most fantastic Interior detailing done by Christian. He made the inside of the truck and seats look brand new!!!
