I had a upgrade to my existing sound system in one of my Sciroccos. 5 STARS for install technician Clint as well for sales associate Andrew. Courteous customer service and awesome installation job!! !!! ð??? I will be taking my other 88 Scirocco for its upgrade as well! Can hardly wait for the next upgrade BUMP BUMP !!!ð???

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Car toys is a great place to get ripped off Went to the car Toys Store in Lone tree, Colorado to check out some stereo's they had advertised on sale.As soon as the sales rep heard we only wanted to spend 300.00 he walked away. My girlfriend went back with her daughter to get a stereo and have it installed. The sales rep told her a 97 Buick la Sabre was a 4 to 6 hr install job and would be 200.00 additional plus the normal 125.00 and parts. I purchased an expensive radio, blue tooth, GPS nav unit from Car Toys and had them do the install. I spent over $1600 (unit and install) because I wanted it done right. When it came time to have the unit taken out, I discovered that Car Toys cut out the manufacturers wiring harness (big No-No) and spliced everything together. This is what's known as "hack job" because they were too cheap to install a aftermarket adapter to preserve the manufacturer's wiring. When I called them on it, they denied it. Car Toys warning do not buy from these people! If you want low prices you sacrifice customer service unfortunately there is no way around it car toys could care less about what a customer means in the long run they just want your money now and don't care if you ever purchase from them in future which I will never do again. There sales reps will out and out lie to get you to buy from them straight up lie. CAR-TOYS IS THE BEST!!! If you have had a bad experience its more likely that its you over reacting, than these guys. I have had every car iv owned to these guys and i WOULDN'T bring it elsewhere. The best customer service, and the only place, mind you, in colorado that requires there installers to be certified, sure people have mistakes but don't you all make mistakes that your not proud of? HORRIBLE!! – This store recently changed managers and you can tell! These guys are bozos ... I took my car in for a Navigation System update. I called ahead, made a appointment ... they said it would take an hour. One hour and 1/2 later no phone call. I showed up and could tell the car hadn't been touched. I was right ... they FORGOT about it ... seriously!! And when I confronted the manager he made excuses. No sorry, no let me make it right ... I walked out and said I wouldn't be back. best customer service I have seen in years – I was recently in this location and had an amazing experience. I had spent a lot of money at the park meadows location years ago and one of the speakers was not working anymore the park meadows location told me I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. I called the Aurora location 303-743-9991 they said bring it down we will get it right in.
