My children bought me a new stero and installation for my birthday. They made an appointment and was told it would take 2 hours to install. So we went to lunch and return 1 hour 45 mintues later and my car was still parked where I parked it. My son went to the counter and they said they would still get it done within the 2 hour window. I normall don't post reviews, but this needs to be read. I dropped off my car to get my radio installed at 12:30 pm. Estimated time was 2 1/2 hours, but they finished at 4 pm! I had to go home a take my dog outside when I realized there was a high pitched white noise coming out of the left speaker and no music. Irritated I quickly called them and was back easily within the hour. And they spent ANOTHER 3 1/2 hours on my car!!! From 12:30-730 they were working on my car!!!
