Now I know why this company has a 93% Negative Rating on the BBB website!!! One star strikes me as rather generous for a company that not only has terrible customer service, but may actually try to harm dissatisfied customers. When I brought my car back to Car Toy's to have them remedy their botched job that left me with a malfunctioning climate control, the manager was a tad rude...nothing serious, just enough to aggravate an already tense discussion. I was very surprised to discover the extent of the damage done to my car after having a simple 75 dollar install done......I'm now looking at 7500 dollars to repair the damage to my car. Thanks to their utter and inexcusable incompetence, virtually all the electronic safety features on my car have been rendered inoperable. I'm hoping they plan to pay any medical bills incurred should some occupant get injured should there ever be an accident. This car toys has the worst customer service skills, and will even lie about conversations to make themselves feel better about treating customers like a pos...I ended up taking back what I bought because they are terrible and I will never buy another thing from them...f car toys in everett...if you want good service, don't go there...

Came in and explained that I had a bad front driver speaker. I picked out speakers to have them installed. I was later told I didn't need to replaced my speakers, because I had bad RCA wires. I left and the same speaker went out. The following day I came back and was told a had a bad amplifier that would cost an additional $150. They didn't diagnose the problem, they just fixed something that wasn't causing the problem and wanted more money... terribly service and they lied. This is a joke of a company. Go anywhere else. Seriously anywhere else. They can't even give a decent quote. Tell them your car tell them there is no modifications and all you need is the wiring harness installed. What do you get.well told every car is different . Hmm pretty darned sure if I buy a book for my model jeep they are all the same for the model when they rolled off the factory floor. They are rip off artists looking for people that have no clue about cars.

I went in to get my subs and a touch screen stereo hooked up and they quoted me around $400 but when I got my bill it was $610. My car had no problems and ran fine and then two days after getting everything installed my car wouldn't start. No lights come on our anything. I tried to jump start and got nothing. I called to ask what the meaning of all this was and they were rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they put some guy named Sean on who I found out from another store that there's no manager named Sean there and ... read more

Worst experience ever for car audio. I've been in car audio over 25 years and have never seen sales people with such a lack of product knowledge. I don't know if the manager was just pretending to be manager because he was so unprofessional that the transaction almost became comical. Came back 3 weekends so that at the end they couldn't do it and put my stereo back to stock. When did Bluetooth and satellite get so difficult...
