After buying speakers and paying for install on a different day I went in this morning (was parked out side at 8:30, store opens at 9) 3guys wound up getting ahead of me to checkin (felt like I was fighting to get my place in line anyway I was told I’d have to wait a couple hours but by 11:30, and my car hadn’t been moved, I asked for my keys back because, not only that it hadn’t been looked at yet I noticed 2 or 3 guys that came in after me had their vehicles in the garage being worked on. Today I visited CarToys to get some help with working the Bluetooth feature on my phone with the Alpine receiver I purchased from CarToys ( before I had my phone). As an older adult, it was very appreciated to have employee Robert German be not only very helpful, but also very gracious and service-oriented ( not to mention he didn't make me feel dumb for not understanding how to work it!) What a great representative he is of a great place!!!
Levi is the best! I gave him a budget that I had to work with and not only did he stay within my budget, he threw in a few unexpected items! He explained everything easily to this not so techy grandmother so that I could understand how to operate my new stereo. I bought a used vehicle that had a aftermarket alarm system. I did something to it and it wasn't working properly. I found out car toys installs that type of system. Josh at car toys who also did a bad a$$ stereo install on my truck was able and willing to help me with alarm issue. He did so free of charge which was cool. We bright in our 1995 F150 and was hoping to recover some of the paint luster and to clean it up. We were totally blown away when we picked it up! It looked like it just rolled out of the showroom! Got a double din installed with reverse camera and even a volt meter. Couldn't be happier! The service was also great. They let me watch them while it was installed. Can't beat the prices either! I highly reccomend this place. Great people!!! 5 stars all day long.
