Unbelievable!!!! They have had my car since 10am this morning and they just called to tell us that they didn't even know our car was there for 8 hours!!!! We have had an installation scheduled for over a week and now we can't get it done! This is the most ridiculous service we have ever had! Do not take your car here for ANYTHING!!!
Car toys has went downhill not too sure what's going on with them but I had an alarm installed and I told them to pull out the old alarm on the truck. Instead they decided to use parts and pieces from my old alarm. Took it back today to have it fixed correctly and decided to buy a new radio. We had no phone call and it was almost 630 and they close at seven. My husband went in and the truck was done but they forgot to install the radio so he is sitting there now waiting for them to complete this. WTF? I will be calling tomor... read more
I had a great experience at Car Toys. Nick and Austin were friendly, know their stuff and provided EXCELLENT customer service/care. Nick is the representative who helped me find exactly what I was looking to get at a better price than I anticipated. Austin was the installer and also gave great advice about what I did and didn't need. He even pointed out a couple of other things I didn't even know were wrong with my car that he noticed during the installation. Shittiest experience I've ever had. Handed them my keys. Walked out and thought maybe I should get my school work out of my car since they're going to be awhile. Go back in and my keys are laying out on the counter along with the stereo I bought. Unprofessional. Took my car in at 3:15 pm and they say my car won't be finished until 9 pm. Ridiculous service. Plus when I bought the stereo, I was overcharged 3 times.
