DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES Poor service, and poor commination. I own an auto repair facility and sometimes have to buy parts from here because it's the closest Kia dealer to me. I can never trust what they tell me about when my parts are available. Sometimes, their timeline is correct. Often, it is not.
