I regret buying a car at Cartown Kia. I purchased a car from them 5 months ago in November and still have not received my Title. I called several times and asked to speak to a manager, but they always put me on hold and then stop receiving my calls. I'm trying to be patient as possible but look like I will have to get my attorney involved. This is very unacceptable. Poor service.
