I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from Cartime Inc. I originally left a review, deleted it, but the unprofessionalism keeps prevailing so I’m writing again. I bought my car back in February, and now it’s mid-July. The DMV has informed me that Cartime never completed the transfer of liability, so the car is still legally in my name. I was in need of a car and fast! Sonia was there to accommodate my needs and in a fast way. She worked diligently to get me into a car and I was tired of getting Uber/Lyft rides. I appreciate the hard and dedication that you put in, especially with the short amount of time my needs had to be made in. Thank you again Sonia for your 5 star performance!!
I can say this place honestly has good service, the staff are knowledgeable. I didn't go based on the reviews rhis place got .my aunt purchased a car here few months ago .so she told us to come here . My mom's car got totaled. She doesn't have the best credit but . They was able to make it happen .the Finance went smooth and my mom is very happy with her new car. I recommend this place . Go see this place in person . You'll be happy you did.
I bought my car here and it's been great, with excellent customer service and a willingness to help me at all times. I've been to other places and received very poor service or even received dirty, run-down cars, but here they've taken care to provide me with my used car in top condition. I would definitely finance another car here again. There are very few places like this here in San Jose
