Took my car in this morning to get some minor work done on the bumper. What should have been a simple, straightforward discussion with the lady at the front desk turned into a major hassle. I don't typically write reviews but this was honestly the rudest treatment I have ever received as a paying customer. A few moths ago we had the fun of having to get my wifes new car fixed. We chose Cartech because my favorite car fixer Ed works there. He told me that he works with the best in the buisness. I believed him because hes always done excellent work and knows how to make our vehichles brand new again which makes us forget we even got in an accident. I would like to thank Ed and all the other great people at Cartech who worked on our car and made it new and shiny again. Great place and people that do excellent work!
This was my first experience with Car-Tech and I am very happy with their work! Their customer service was fantastic as well. I met with Heath when picking up my car and he was super friendly to both myself and my kids. I would highly recommend Car-Tech to anyone who needed repairs on their vehicle.
