Super rude customer service and very expensive they think money is coming from the sky and not even a little bit respect at all 👎
I had the IGLA system installed on my car and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The installation took about three hours, and when I returned, they took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a thorough walkthrough on how to use the system. The front desk staff was especially friendly, and overall the experience was very professional. Highly recommend.
Received an online quote from Ron and I booked my appointment through Samantha. I arrived and met Samantha, and she introduced me to Ron, and he gave me a tutorial on the different kinds of Compustar remote start systems. Ron answered all my questions, and I settled on the Compustar Q9 FM unit. Ron asked if I wanted the OEM keyfob programmed for remote start and I agreed. Less than two hours later my car was ready. Worst customer service ever. The guy speaks so highly about himself, Plus very very rude. Instead of explaining the difference he was trying to sell of his product by mentioning your car would be stolen, you will comeback and then realize. Extremely disappointing by the customer service. Pathetic
I had an aftermarket remote starter installed here back in 2016. Recently it stopped working, so I brought the vehicle in expecting a diagnostic fee or repair charge. Instead, they honored their lifetime warranty, repaired the system at no cost, and only charged me for a new set of remotes. That level of integrity and long-term support is rare in this industry.
