If misleading were a place, this would be it. My brother and I came in to look at a Chevrolet Silverado. From the start, the owner told us the truck wasn’t ready but would be in a few days, which was fine. He verbally stated he would sell it for $17,000–$19,000, and we confirmed that we already had financing through a credit union. He instructed for us to take down the VIN so my brother could move forward, which he did, and he was pre-approved.
