I like that they listen to you when you explain or paint a picture of what you see in your head as the end result. I like that they use their expertize to walk you through each step of the process to allow you to look at an alternative solution that you may not of thought of. I would definitely recommend.
We found out today that they don't do car stereos, so don't go there. We need to replace our car stereo, so we searched online, and since Car Stereo Plus (now known as CSP, per the signs on the door) is close to our house, it came up in the search results. I rushed right over after getting off work at 4:30, just to check things out and get info before discussing a purchase.
