We went in and bought an in-dash DVD player for a relative. An hour later. we were comparing the prices with Amazon there was a $165 difference. Amazon sold it for $235 and they charged us $400. So we went back to return it, they tried to convince us that Amazon would sell us a used one, without warranty, without the box and that Amazon would basically give us bad service. This place is shady. The owner is a top of the line sales crook who promises a specific service then doesnt follow through. When i went to return the alarm system because it was actually the same or worse quality then the factory alarm already in. He refused to give me my money back and now I have to go to better business bureau to straighten this out. The money is no longer the issue. I dont want peoples good money going to someone who operates a business like he does. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND.
Do not buy here! Their prices are far higher than everyone else and the will try to sell you something you neither want or need. Braden will try to kiss up and act like your new best friend. Save yourself the trouble and go to Stereo King or Best Buy.
