Poor Service – I have to tell you, this is by far the WORST car lube and wash I have been to. The employees hardly do any work. They even scratched my dashboard with their ring. One of the guy actually asked me if I placed tip in the tip box. I would NEVER go there again.
Me and my friend went there the other day for a car wash. We went outside after we made the payment to check to see if our car was done. We could see that the people who cleaned and dried the cars were soooooo lazy, they were acting like they really didn't want to be there. After they finished cleaning the cars, we saw that there were so many dirt marks on the car. When we brought it to their attention, they were angry and just wiped it with a nasty remark - "Oh god, u kidding me" . Also the inside of the car was soo dirty. ... read more
Terrible Service. bad Attitude I had the worst experience here at the Pembroke Pines Branch. These guys had sens me a coupon for an oil change. The original price was supposed to be $29, but with the coupon it was supposed to have been $ 25.00. After I went to pick up my car, I showed them my coupon, The Asian looking lady(who was very very rude) at the counter looked at the coupon and changed the price that she had there. A little expensive but.. Their service is very quick. In less then 30 minutes, I was in and out of there for my lube. The only thing bad I can say is that they forgot to put the sticker in the window for the date showing when I need it again.
