Terrible Service. bad Attitude I had the worst experience here at the Pembroke Pines Branch. These guys had sens me a coupon for an oil change. The original price was supposed to be $29, but with the coupon it was supposed to have been $ 25.00. After I went to pick up my car, I showed them my coupon, The Asian looking lady(who was very very rude) at the counter looked at the coupon and changed the price that she had there. DAMAGED FENDER AND ANTENNA I took my truck in for an oil change.Then they ran it through their car wash machine.upon receiving my vehicle i noticed my fender and my antenna was damaged.I showed management the damage They said they would pay for the repairs I called them with the estimates and they said that they are not responsible for damages done by their car wash machine.THE ESTIMATE WAS $800.00 so i have to pay for repairs
A little expensive but.. Their service is very quick. In less then 30 minutes, I was in and out of there for my lube. The only thing bad I can say is that they forgot to put the sticker in the window for the date showing when I need it again.
I was going for a cheap car wash man I say cheap did not even wash my car was still dirty
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! – I stopped by that place JUST to ask how much they charged, and the ATTITUDE is HORRIBLE!!! Thee guys looked at me as if I was bothering them. Then, finally a man came to me and told me how much they charged, ALSO with an attitude, and I could hardly understand if he was speaking English or Kriole (I'm not sure if this is how to spell that language, and I am not interested in knowing). If you decide to use this car wash, make sure that you inspect your vehicle inside and out before you drive off the premises. I did not inspect the inside before I left and when I got home, I noticed that the passenger seat and console had not been cleaned at all. My car is a two seater (small sport car) and I have only had it for three months. It's not that difficult to clean a small car like this. Worst car wash, nasty attitude people work there – Me and my friend went there the other day for a car wash. We went outside after we made the payment to check to see if our car was done. We could see that the people who cleaned and dried the cars were soooooo lazy, they were acting like they really didn't want to be there. After they finished cleaning the cars, we saw that there were so many dirt marks on the car. Employee sreams at you – I am a mother of 2. I took my SUV for a car wash an I I had my car seat left in the back seat. One of the employees came rushing in and screamed at me for leaving my child seat and baby bottle in the car. I told them to shove off and took my car and left. Who do they think they are? They are cleaning cars only making couple of bucks an hour, and they are showing me attitude?
