Terrible Service. bad Attitude I had the worst experience here at the Pembroke Pines Branch. These guys had sens me a coupon for an oil change. The original price was supposed to be $29, but with the coupon it was supposed to have been $ 25.00. After I went to pick up my car, I showed them my coupon, The Asian looking lady(who was very very rude) at the counter looked at the coupon and changed the price that she had there. DAMAGED FENDER AND ANTENNA I took my truck in for an oil change.Then they ran it through their car wash machine.upon receiving my vehicle i noticed my fender and my antenna was damaged.I showed management the damage They said they would pay for the repairs I called them with the estimates and they said that they are not responsible for damages done by their car wash machine.THE ESTIMATE WAS $800.00 so i have to pay for repairs
A little expensive but.. Their service is very quick. In less then 30 minutes, I was in and out of there for my lube. The only thing bad I can say is that they forgot to put the sticker in the window for the date showing when I need it again.
