I stopped by CarSpa at Frankford Road and Coit Road in Dallas today for a vehicle inspection, which came with a free car wash. I had just gotten back from a road trip, and my truck was absolutely covered in dead bugs. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Mark, who I later learned is the General Manager. He immediately noticed how rough my truck looked and, without being asked, went to the back and had one of his team members come out to hand spray and scrub all the bugs off before I even went through the wash.
