Finance department screwed up!! – I bought a car, but decided to return it within 5 days according to their policy. I financed about $5,000.00 which included a $900.00 payoff on my trade. By returning the car, everything, including the loan was to be dismissed as if I'd never made a purchase. Two weeks later, I received a bill stating that my first loan payment was due. Not responsive once car is bought – I bought a used Honda from them mid November 2010. A few important things to share with other consumers: 1. The salesperson was super-responsive until the car was delivered. We requested a printed AutoCheck report when we filled out the form to have the car delivered. It took 2 phone calls, 3 emails, and one online form for me to get them. 2. The salesperson had our car delivered to the wrong address. He had the poor delivery guy so confused. 3. CarSense - The Best Car Dealership Ever! – I just want to say CarSense is the best car dealership ever. I just got my new car a few days ago and absolutely love it! Low mileage, clean inside and out. In addition, the customer service is awesome. No pressure by the salesperson to buy a car or any additional services. .. just one smooth transaction.
