After having an awful experience with another dealership, I was extremely hesitant to step foot onto another lot. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was immediately greeted with a smile. My granddaughter bought an suv from them and they were very nice and very helpful, the suv is really nice and runs good too.
I gave a rating of 2 bc after having bought. Vehicle in less than 4 hours it overheated & my son & I were stranded. Steve came but told me we couldn't get a loaner while they repaired the one my son JUST purchased. I felt that unfair & told Steve so. I did not yell ,curse or call Steve out of his name. My SON purchased the car. Steve told my Son to thank me,he was going to rip up his contract etc..
