I walked in to car sales express with my mind set on a car that I had seen online. While browsing I saw another car that I liked and decided to take both for a test drive. I ended up buying a 2014 Kia Cerato Hatch and the whole process went smoothly and Zayden was great to deal with. I caught the train to Ringwood to pick the car up and he was kind enough to pick me up from the train station.
Although I didn't end up buying from Car Sales Express, I wanted to leave a review saying that these guys are very friendly and pretty genuine. In the end the wait time for the car and the fact that these guys were a little too pushy for my liking sent me to somewhere else to purchase. My only feedback for these guys is to ease up on the pressure at point of sale and let the quality of your cars do the talking.

Great experience with Jay, Richard and the rest of the team. We walked in with a fair idea of what we wanted. Found it in the car sales express yard. Jay approached in a friendly and non-sales like manner. Offering his help and information as needed. Richard joined the party later on as we haggled over price. All part of the fun and experience.
