I rented there a car, for 24 hours only. but I returned it 8 hours leter because the back seat where was my child, was with lice. and that was horrible. but that wasn't all, leter they placed a $250 "hold" on my credit card (which was a charge) Now I have a dispute with my credit card. Total scam place. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible service, they are not open 24hrs as advertised. After you have already paid, and checked in, they say, they are closed until 6am…… Even well past 6am, they still cannot be reached… Horrible, stay away!!

This company charged me an additional $18 above the daily rate that was agreed upon at the time of reservation when I got stuck parking longer than expected due to contracting COVID, stating that their rates had gone up over the four extra days I was gone. They refused to reason or be understanding and held my car hostage until it was paid. The man identified himself to me as Carlos and quoted his boss Angeline. I would stay away from this company and find one with a better reputation.
