Worst experience ever. I have never had this long and bad of a service ever in my life. Been years with Honda and Mazda and they never disappoint me. Got my car in June 4th for electrical issue. They diagnosed it not the ICCU problem. Great! But no. They are still taking forever to deal with it. I can see if they actually do anything with the car because everytime it is unlocked or locked, I could see it on my phone app. My car is only 2000 mileage and it has been in the shop for more than a month. I really like Kia but they really need to put in a diaper changing table in the restrooms!! The days of only men going to car places are gone plus when a headlight change takes 2 hrs and my only options were to change a poppy diaper on the floor, in the waiting room or leave my child sitting in poop till we got home. As a 65 yr old woman getting on the floor to change a diaper is not an option. Changing a poopy diaper in the waiting room is something no one wants to see. The bad experience started at the beginning. There were 3 men out front vaping they stayed doing that the entire time they were were there. They put us with a young guy who was nice enough. Told him we were looking at a used vehicle and wanted to know a rough estimate on how the finances would look.
