they wanted me to pay out of pocket first for an AC repair, then I would supposedly get reimbursed under my warranty.
If you can avoid this dealership go somewhere else - bought a car here that had issues went to the service desk the next day and they did everything they could to not help us - it took weeks to get the problem resolved (still not resolved just fixed it ourselves). And if you ever try to call them - good luck no one answers and no one returns phone calls. But if you go there everyone is standing around so not sure why no one is answering the phones. Buying a car is already stressfull and this was a Horrible experience
I love coming here my husband and I always get the best customer service everytime. Eli and Chris are always there to answer any questions and so helpful each time we come. This is my husband's third car from this location and we would not go anywhere but here.....
