I had the pleasure of buying a car from them. They hid damage under the gas pedal and did not disclose that the tires were very close to the end of their life (even though the question was specifically asked). Avoid buying a used car from here.
RecommendedI hate car shopping. I’d rather have teeth pulled without anesthesia than car shop. That being said, Tim, our salesperson, and Dani in Finance did everything they could to make sure the process was as painless as possible. They worked with our budget, and got us into a 2019 Nissan Rouge Sport that we absolutely love. When the time comes to start all over again, they’ll be the first place we talk to.

Awesome experience buying a 2018 Fiat 500. Quick and easy. Out of the dealership in 20 minutes!!! Salesperson Terri Girard and sales manager Rhonda Rose were absolutely spectacular!
They are honest and real with you! First experience at a dealership as a new car owner and definitely was the best service. Walked in expecting an used car, left with a brand new car with life warranties! Definitely part of the Kia family now!

a long wait time for a front end alignment been here for a couple of hours and nothing yet...Lin from sales was more friendly then anyone from service department, I would come back because they do stand behind there work and maybe get that K5 she showed me

Never, EVER come here! We left our car here ALL DAY for repairs (9:30 am dropoff) only to get a call late afternoon that they didn't have time to get to it. This is the THIRD TIME they've done this to us - making us waste our time over & over. They need to learn what the word APPOINTMENT means. We will NEVER be back!
This place needs to learn how to treat customers and learn how to follow up with customers. Jason Barker is the worst sales manager I have ever dealt with. He has no clue on how to deal with internet sales. Blames customers for his mistakes.

Great and quick service. I bought a 2021 Telluride and asked them to get me in and out as soon as possible. Lin was great, she put several people into motion getting the paperwork and licensing together. I was done and out in no time. Great car buying experience.
These guys are the real deal. It was the 4th time for our family to ring the bell on their sales floor, and it was just as enjoyable as the others.
