Very friendly and professional service by all employees at this dealership. The process was quick and easy, no pressure or hard ball tactics. We worked with Philip and he was attentive to our needs and worked with us. Highly recommend working with him!
So I'm going to start this review by saying, not all dealerships are just ruthless but this one is quite bad. First off I started off by explaining I have an 8 month old at home so I didn't have time to really spend at the dealership unless it was a set deal. The next thing I explained was my vehicle at the time didn't have A/C and that I was having issues with it all together (battery, etc). Jeremy handled the purge valve repair really well. He kept the details clear, stayed professional, and made sure the process was easy to follow without any extra hassle. I appreciated how straightforward he was and how smoothly everything came together. Jeremy made the service experience feel fair, simple, and well handled.
First time coming to this Kia & I got my first car here! Andrew & CJ were super amazing! I would totally recommend coming here. They were super sweet and very helpful.
They will get you in a car but be very careful I was sadly taken advantage of my situation.
