After getting my windows tinted by someone else (not Kia !!) I noticed that my EPB light was on and I came to the service center hoping they would check my car for me considering they were about to close and Salvador from the service center still took my car in and they were quick too ! Im so grateful that they were able to help me out because I was super nervous to drive it home since I live an hour and 30 min away from this location! Shoutout to Salvador and the mechanic who checked my car !!
Reviewed first time but will change Revised 2nd time as they called back over Labor Day weekend: Trade in is bad scenario to negotiate as a buyer of new vehicle. You loose the negotiation power. I regret trading in but I hope I got a vehicle that doesn’t depreciate. Whether it’s car pros or any dealers, get thorough explanations of numbers and also keep in mind multiple options.
