Me and my dog dropped my 2024 carnival off for an 8000 mile service. I made appointment online for 11 AM. When I arrived to drop the car off, there was very few customers there and I was helped right away. Service advisor asked if I wanted the wash saying that it would have taken two extra hours. Man these guys get a lot of bad ratings. It's probably deserved. I only come here to get my oil changed and keep coming because I paid for a maintenance plan when I bought my car. At this point I've probably been here about 7 times and every time I feel like I wait longer and longer, even when I make an appointment days in advance. Last time I was here I waited 4 hours with minimal communication as to why it was taking so long.
