Terrible service if I didn’t have a “lifetime” of free oil change through them I wouldn’t go. Not only terrible service you’re there all day for a simple oil change. They don’t honor appointments either. Terrible service here DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Recently moved and switched Kia service here from Cerritos. Nathan in service did a great job. I have a 2022 Telluride with extended warranty. I was due for a 60k service and had skipped a 30k service. Nathan not only steered me to the more important services and saved me money but also got some things fixed that Cerritos dragged their asses on with run arounds.( broken seat heater and faded window trim) under warranty.
