My first time here,I was told I had a nail in one of my tires. I told them not to worry,I would fix it at home with a plug. When I arrived at my house and looked for the nail, didn't find any nail on any of the tires. My second visit,I was told it would be one hour for my service, it was 3 hours long. Now here I am for my 3rd service. Let's see how it goes.
Car Pros of El Monte is everything that’s wrong in the car business. I had a horrible experience at a different dealership that wanted to mark up my lease buyout for $5,000 more than the payout. They insisted it’s necessary for me to buy accessories/warranties/gap. Here at Car Pros, it was a completely different experience. Ahmed, and his team were very transparent.
