Called several dealers and got a quote. This place wasn't close but worth the trip since I'd be saving a couple hundred dollars. Show up and the price is over $200 more than I was quoted. (Honda dealer 1 block from my house was even cheaper). Gabe said he contacted the calls department to pull the call from the quote "no record of me ever calling" which is interesting because I called a week ago, and a day before the appointment". Shout out to Adrian ! Always comes through when I need a great deal ! Been to other dealerships and they don’t have the same service that Adrian provides. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend this place because of him.
I bought an Odyssey today. Overall a great experience for me. Christian, the saleman, deserves 5 star. He is patient to reply my text and be friendly and informative. The price breakdown is transparent and honest. Jason, the finance guy, is also patient and walk us through each paperwork, even though this saturday is busy. Everybody is friendly. I am surprised they have a huge parking structure full of new cars right next door. Overall it is worth 50 mins drive from OC to this dealer.
Extremely disappointed, drove over an hour for a honda civic they said they had available. When i got there they told me someone else was looking at the car. After I test drove, I confirmed I wanted to purchase the vehicle. They ran my credit, made us wait a long time and then told us the car had just been sold. Not sure how the team doesn't communicate internally before they run someones credit for a car that was already in process of being sold. Really disappointed and a waste of time.
