First time customer, after hearin they do great.....I was lied to! Not happy at all! Their lighting was broke.... :-/ Won't give me refund bc they scrub on my seats and carpet, but will give me atleast half back. When!?
hell no if you want to pay 150 and have wet seats and scratched paint and smudges every where and the back window and top of the cab they didnt touch then I'd recommend him and he wanted to blame it on his wife or girlfriend whatever she was

I am a mom of two, and we practically live out of our car between archery, band, color guard, church and 4-H. Needless to say it really needed to be cleaned, far more then your basic detail. I did the premium package and am very satisfied with the job they did! My car looks amazing and looks like I just drove it off the lot! Thank you Ernest Porter and crew for a great job well done! My car was terrible before they got it and now it looks like a brand new car inside and out!! Worth everything I spent and that was very reasonable.

I took my car in to Ernest last Saturday. My car was in bad shape. My ex husband got evicted and lived in my car with his big dog. It was embarrassing to even drive it around. I considered getting another car, but thought I would try Ernest first. I could not believe the dramatic change. My car looks 100% better. The staff was very kind as I sat and visited with them as they finished my car. I just wish I had before and after pictures. Thank you Ernest, I will be back!
