I can't recommend enough Rose and her fantastic service! Not only did she make sure that the car was in excellent condition, she helped me on very short notice and generously accommodated my tightly constrained schedule. She treated me with great respect and trust, and I respect her and her husband tremendously for that. While I was talking with her, another man came in. She explained to me that he was a previous customer who had come back for help with another car. And no wonder! Thank you, Rose!
Rose is incredible. One of the most genuinely kind people I have ever met. I bought my dream car from her yesterday for an amazing price with no dealer & doc fees. The tread was low on two of the tires so she replaced them. She made sure the car was 100% perfect before I bought it. So grateful to buy from someone I feel I can actually trust! Lin and his wife are awesome. Visited three other dealers on the same day and got hit with the $700+ “dealer fees” at everyone of them. Car Point has no bait and switch and is upfront with the cost. Patient, no pressure, and an overall great buying experience. Had the CarFax in the glove compartment which came back accurate and the car was as described, they also gave me a fair price on my trade in. I hardly review anything but they deserve the praise.
More than 10 years ago, I was an international student in Salt Lake City and the winter was coming and I didn't have a car. Linn just met me, my pregnant wife and my oldest son who was 8 months old in that time. I used to ride a used bike to go to school, supermarket, etc and he told me I needed a car.
