Worst experience I have ever had as Tony is very rude, arrogant, and short tempered. He is very overpriced for very poor quality work and refuses to take any accountability. Avoid Tony and his shop at all costs or be prepared for an atrocious experience. Cheap parts, cheap materials, poor quality of work and a very rude person to deal with on top of that. AVOID
If I could give 0 stars I would. Tony did an absolutely horrible job on my car, hood was misaligned, and the paint was poor quality, and I let him change everything (hood, hinges, latches, and hood handle) and the hood is still misaligned from the hinges area - he had the audacity to say it wasn’t his problem and will not be fixing the paint, I didn’t even negotiate with him and he just kept charging more every opportunity he got. Very disappointed. While Tony seems like a great guy and says the right stuff, the quality is just not there. Not enough attention to details, paint runs, missed areas that weren’t sanded/buffed… I even gave him a chance to slow down, and redo his work hoping that it was a fluke. It was worse the second time around. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it done right after wasting money here. Very regretful.
One of the worst experiences,Tony made me visit 4 days in a row and didn’t do my repair properly, plus ordered the parts and said those are wrong parts and didn’t even refund the money. RUDE AND ARROGANT, also said racial comments for brown people. I suggest to save your money or get the worst service ever with tony.
Tony was great ! Fixed scratches and painted the car . He was very efficient , on time and the price was great ! He was very quick to respond and notified me on every detail . I was amazed how he offered to come pick up the car and he brought it back the same day . I highly recommend car paint plus . I will and have referred to all my friends and to keep his number in their contacts . Thank you Tony !!
