Purchased a vehicle ac was working 2 days later it stopped working called them to see if they would help me remedy the problem. Long story short I spoke with the sales lady she said she would get back with me….never did…. I know when you buy a used or new car it may have some issues but to say your gonna get back with me and you don’t that’s not good customer service and that you knew of this problem. I have a vehicle with them at this moment been having trouble after trouble everything on it is almost brand new. Still have an issues, putting money into that I don't have. When anybody asked me where I got my truck from I DO NOT recommend them there. I had to drop the truck off so they would look at it didn't have it for 90 days I don't even think 60 days at that. Helpful staff. I drove from about 5 hrs away to purchase vehicle. They sent me a lot of extra pics that showed some of the problem areas of the vehicle and told me about a couple known issues so I would know what I was getting before I made the trip. Not many dealers will be that helpful and honest. Thanks!
