I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. They don't ever communicate with you beforehand to notify what problems your vehicle has and if you'd like to proceed with repairs. They just fix it up and charge you without your permission. I spent about $150 to fix the AC on one of my cars, and not even a day later I got hot air blowing out again. I brought my 2016 ford fusion in today to have my AC looked at. Very honest people here. It was just low on Freon. I was in. And out the door in 45 min. Great Customer service with friendly people. It was a pleasure to do business with Car Needs. I will be back in the future.
I called Todd Friday for an inspection. It was about 330pm and they are open until 5pm. I asked him for an inspection and he literally told me no because he wants to go home early. I said the website is open until 5pm. His responses was “I know but I like to leave early, especially on Fridays.” I’ve used them a few times before and they were just okay. But never again. Todd does not care about his customers only himself. I went to another place that was better anyway. Thanks Todd.
