The general manager of this location Mike Abed offered to appraise my car. He obviously failed to properly close the hood of the vehicle when he took it for a drive. And claims that when he went over a pothole, the hood of the vehicle flew up, resulting in my windshield shattered, fenders broken and my hood crumbled. He believes that because he had difficulty opening the hood in the first place that he’s going to escape liability and not have to give his insurance information. Please do not buy a car from here. I took my 2017 Volkswagen Tigue here for an appraisal on March 23, 2026, and Mike Abed the owner did not properly close my hood and proceeded to take the car out on the road for a test drive. Mike Abed then drove into a pot hole and has totaled my vehicle and now I'm having to fight with him for his insurance information. The suv is totally damaged.
