Super knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He was also very casual (no pressure) about the actual sales process. He was very personable and it was very nice that he was very familiar with my favorite local car repair shop. This place and its owner are the worse. They approved my nephew for a car loan. Than a week before his payment is due, they take his car and wont return his full down payment. All because they couldnt get his financing approved. It's not my nephew's fault he didnt get approved, he was honest about everything and held his end of the contract.
