Would never use this company again. Round trip from Atco to PHL airport for 8 people will need a booster seat. Called 12 noon for a 1 pm pick up to tell us that the driver forgot the booster seat and he had to send 2 drivers instead of 1 van. Driver one was great he held our booster seat for us since it was a round-trip reservation. Driver 2 was 20 minutes late. I had to call company 4 times to see where he was. Absolutely do not recommend. Driver was falling asleep and I felt very unsafe. When I emailed asking for a return on the tip I did not get a response and had to send another message to them asking for a response. I received a very unprofessional response: 'according to the driver nothing happened, you were dropped off safely. That to me is the most important thing. Horrible service. Left high and dry the morning of pickup after prepaying. Almoat missrd my flight. Was told I would be refunded for the prepaid service. 2 weeks later still no refund and no response to several emails inquiring about my refund. Let this serve as a warning to others, do not hire tthis service!
