Carmart of Woodstock is a wonderful place of business! Everyone takes care of all of their clients very well! These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on there lot Mykhal helped me and answered every question I had no matter how repetitive I was I purchased a car and had to bring it back because of a minor issue and they had no problem with it and put me in a different car that day I recommend this place to anyone!
Kyle my salesperson did an excellent job of getting me my vehicle before the holidays I thought I was going to be stuck for the entire holiday but he was able to get everything done that was wrong with it and the sales process was flawless and I didn't have to put a whole lot of money down because I had to put more down on my insurance so very very pleased!
Do not use this location. We applied for financing and we got approved for a certain vehicle that we desired. We called Yesterday and we were just told to someone call us back. Someone called us back today to inform us that the truck we wanted was sold. When we told them this, they disrespected us and tried to tell us we were silly For Wanting that truck.
