Jennifer (Sales Associate) and Randi (Asst. Manager) worked with me and my budget. They put me in a great Ford Fusion car. Very friendly. Fast and easy experience. After a decent down payment, I was in my car. Randi is very professional and upfront about all costs regarding the purchase. I really appreciate that! The absolute worst company to buy from. My friend purchased a car from here 6 weeks ago and the tie rod was bad, and alternator went out. Took the car back up there and they wanted her to pay for it. She tried to work out payment plans to get it fixed herself and they refused. They wanted her to purchase the parts, and they would knock some money off the price of the car. Seeing that this location has a 4.6 rating, I hope my experience was a one-time deal. I bought my car in May and it started running hot in August. Since I purchased the extended warranty, I had to pay for a diagnostic from a certified mechanic and then $75 to have the mechanic of their choosing fix my car.
